3.  STEPS TO BOOK A TRIP  _________________________________________________________________________________________________________
 
You have to follow few simple steps in order to reach your dream destination according to you preferences:
 
  • 3.1. Nile cruise

Access the page NILE CRUISES where you can find our suggested cruise in three versions. The Nile cruises of 3 and 7 nights are combined with Cairo visit, as well with 3 days leisure in Red Sea pearl, Hurgada.

Please consider the Nile cruises start on certain days, according to place of start and length of cruise (Aswan, Luxor)

You choose the one at your convenience, fill in the booking form.

Within 48 hours you’ll receive an answer regarding availability of Nile cruise ship, hotels.

Once all details suits your desire and confirm it, you’ll receive payment details and you just have to pay and trip.

 
  • 3.2. Beach vacation

Access the page “BEACH HOLIDAYS” where we have the option for coastal vacation in the most famous resorts: Hurgada, Sharm El Sheikh and El Gouna.

All our packages include the visit of Cairo, with enjoying the highlights of Egypt, the Great pyramids of Giza. So even you prefer a beach vacation you will not miss to follow the footsteps of the Pharaohs.

4.  PAYMENT PROCESS  _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
 

We have the same payment process for the predesigned tours as well as for the tours you taior according to your preferences.

30% of the trip price is to be paid upon booking and the remaining 70% must be paid one month before the trip's start date.

There are two possible exceptions:

 
  •  If your itinerary is very cost intensive (for instance, several domestic flights are needed)  and you choose the option of being included in your customized trip cost as being booked by the agency,  the agency may ask you for a higher initial payment than 30%.
  • If your departure date is less then 30 days away, then 100% of the trip price is requested upon booking. TRAVEL EGYPT TOURSdoes not offer the opportunity to pay in installments for your booking.
Payment methods

You choose a ready made trip from our website or you have  planned your personalized trip with the help of our handling agency in Egypt, Spring Tours,  you are ready to confirm the details of the tour.

You shall receive the invoice for the services you requested and make the payment..

Spring Tours will send you details of payment via a secured bank transfer,

We currently accept USD, EUR.

In case of cancellation and refound we will not absorb the exchange rate risk.

 

5.  DATES FLEXIBILITY  ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
 

In case of some unexpected changes occurs and you need to make changes in your carefully planned trip, as flexible dates for instance, we encourage you to contact the travel agency and find together a solution to avoid a complete cancellation.

Wherein your new itinerary is no longer available after your booking, we would do our very best to transfer your booking to an equivalent itinerary

 
6.  CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We are aware that every single tour is important, personal and based on your preferred dates, budget, and activities. Life can happend, plans may change. Our cancellation policies are clear and align with the industry standards.

 
If however you need to cancel, we acknowledge you that the local tour operators apply the same cancellation policy:
 
  • up to 30 days before the trip start date, your down payment (usually 30%) will be kept;·
  • between 15 and 29 days before the trip start date, 40% of the total price paid will be kept;·
  • between 7-14 days before the trip start date, 70% of the total price paid will be kept; ·
  • 6 days or less before the trip start date, 90% of the total amount paid is due.

Are not refoundable the internal air tickets and train tickets, once issued. In case of cancellation, penalties are charged by transport companies. Tickets cost and penalties will be supported by tourists, and deducted from refound amount, as well as bank commissions.

The refound will be made in payment currency, with deduction of the exchange rates.

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Buckarest, Romania, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
